PM6B-2V construction and installation
The installation size and fixed opening size are consistent with PM6A.
Installation dimensions: 224.3 mm × 110.3 mm, height 35.6 mm
Fixed opening size: 213.5 mm × 82 mm, fixed with M3 screws.
PM6B-2V Unit Wiring Instructions
% If it is used to detect a system with more than 56 batteries, two batteries need to be selected for patrol inspection. The specific number of batteries connected to each PM6B can be set on the PM6-DCM.
% provides temperature measurement function, and the equipped temperature sensor is used to monitor the battery surface temperature or the battery installation environment temperature.
The temperature sensor is a thermistor, and the two wires do not distinguish polarity. Just connect it to J6/J7.
Address setting, sampling binary mode; Dial "ON" is 0, dial "OFF" is 1
Dial code 6. Prot: Protocol selection
Dial "ON" for Modbus protocol and dial "OFF" for PM3B compatible protocol
To communicate with PM6-DCM, the dial code needs to be dialed to ON
Wiring instructions
The RS485/CAN interface of J2/J3/J4/J5 is the same. It uses RS485 to connect with the PM6 main monitoring, and CAN cannot be used. You can use a network cable to connect hand in hand. At this time, you should use J4/J5 port, or you can use J2 for traditional wiring.
1.3. 2.5 PM6JH insulation integrated monitoring unit
1 Function description
Ø Detect the positive and negative ground voltages of 2 busbars
Ø Cooperate with DC leakage current sensor, PM6-JCM and PM6K-32/64 to form a DC insulation detection system
Ø AC channeling detection: When an AC power channeling fault occurs in the system, it can promptly send out AC channeling fault alarm information and display the amplitude of the incoming AC voltage. At the same time, it can cooperate with PM6K-32/64 to locate the incoming branch
Ø DC channeling detection: When a DC power channeling fault occurs in the system, it can promptly send out DC channeling fault alarm information, and at the same time, cooperate with PM6K-32/64 to locate DC channeling branches
Ø Built-in insulation test balancing resistor
Ø Provides two communication methods: RS485 and CAN
2 Hardware description
Technical parameters of PM6JH
Ø Supply voltage: 80VDC-320VDC
Ø Busbar positive and negative ground voltage measurement: 2 channels, accuracy 0.5%, maximum 300VDC
Ø AC incoming voltage measurement: 2 channels, accuracy 5%, maximum 300VAC
Ø Communication port: isolated RS485, CAN
