1. Within Warranty Period
During the contract-specified warranty period, in the event of equipment or engineering quality issues found during unpacking inspection, installation, commissioning and trial operation, we provide free three-guarantee services: repair, replacement and return until the products meet quality requirements.
2. Beyond Warranty Period
We provide **lifetime technical support**. For damaged components, we offer spare parts at reasonable prices. If customers require product improvement or capacity expansion, we provide necessary equipment and technical services for upgrades at preferential prices.
1. In accordance with the contract signed with customers, we provide product installation, commissioning and technical support services. Our company may arrange technical engineers to provide full-process services until the system is commissioned.
2. If any questions arise during product operation, our company will respond within 2 hours. For technical problems that cannot be resolved by the customer, we will arrange technical engineers to rush to the site for handling within 48 hours based on the actual situation.
3. We may provide technical training services for product inspection, maintenance and operation personnel. The customer shall confirm the training participants and inform us in advance, and we will formulate a targeted training plan.
4. If the equipment still fails to operate normally after two repairs due to performance faults within the warranty period, our company will replace it with new equipment free of charge.
After the product is installed and operates normally, our company will provide the *Product User Manual* and other relevant operation instructions to help customers get familiar with product operation.
